Cancel annual pass subscription

To cancel your subscription, please fill out the form below.

Please note:

Annual pass subscriptions have a minimum term of 12 months. Thereafter, the notice period is four weeks.
Family annual passes must always be canceled fully. It is not possible to cancel only individual passes of family members.
Only annual passes in the subscription model can be canceled. Annual passes with a fixed term of 12 months cannot be canceled prematurely.

¹ Only family annual passes can be canceled in a joint application. For the cancellation of individual annual passes a separate application must be completed.

² The entry represents a desired date. This can only be realized if it meets the above mentioned terms of cancelation. If the field remains empty, the contract will be canceled at the earliest possible date automatically.
