Storytime at Tierpark Berlin
Tierpark Berlin whisks children away into a fantastic world of fables and fairy tales set amidst exotic surroundings. Volunteer storytellers from the Zoo and Tierpark Berlin friends’ association read aloud to young Tierpark visitors, telling exciting tales of talking farm animals, fabulous beasts, and more.
Listening to stories is an important part of childhood development as it fosters language skills. This is the age when a lifelong love of books, stories and language begins. As they are read to, even very young children form exciting, funny and incredible stories in their minds.
These expeditions into the fairy-tale kingdom begin in the Kakadu Restaurant at 11 a.m. No prior registration is required.
